Q - I’ve applied to many companies who I have heard are hiring but without success. Why is this happening? What am I doing wrong? Q – What is the pay range for work with clients of TSC? A – That is very much dependant on the client and your particular skill sets but it is at minimum $8.00 per hour and currently as high as $12.00 per hour.
Q – Who are the clients of TSC? A – TSC represents many of our leading manufacturing, light industrial and service based employers whose names remain confidential to our employees and employers.
Q - Who do I work for? A – You are working for TSC and you are known as one of our team members.
Q – What type of training do I need? A – That will very much depend on the workplace and the actual job. In many cases we provide the necessary training at no cost to you either in our offices or on the job site. With the successful completion of the training you will be awarded a certificate that will help build a strong resume.
Q – Does TSC provide transportation to my workplace? A - A transportation service is not available from TSC however many of our workplaces are accessible by public transportation and many of our employees arrange their own car pools to specific workplaces.
