Factory Production Workers

We have several available positions for Factory Production Workers in Cobourg, and are seeking dependable hardworking individuals for immediate, full-time work.

On the job, Factory Production Workers will assist production and perform several manufacturing tasks such as loading and moving materials, performing quality checks, and other production duties as assigned.

Candidates must be capable of physical labour, standing for long periods and working in a hot environment.

Factory Production Worker Duties:

• Utilize various tools, instruments and general assembly practices to achieve production goals

• Some machine and equipment operation
• Loading and stowing materials
• Other factory duties as required

Factory Production Worker Requirements:

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Able to stand for long periods of time
• Must be able to withstand hot temperatures
• Capable of physical work
• Must have a grade 12 or willing to get their GED within the next 3 months
• Clean criminal check
• Can work continental rotating shifts
