- Upon approval, we would need to meet with your team to undertake a human resource environmental analysis that would allow us to understand your business culture, your people and the associated demographics.
- We would undertake a due diligence process that would allow us to understand your business processes, quality control standards and systems, productivity levels, proprietary compliance requirements and other proprietary operational considerations that would impact human resource needs.
- Based on your labour requirements and human resource support services we would develop a customized temporary employment strategy.
- We would monitor ongoing needs, meet regularly with your team, assess results, adjust programs as necessary and provide regular reporting including all compliance reporting as required.
